A JOURNEY FROM EDGWORTH INTO
NO MAN’S LAND
EDGWORTH-THE GREAT WAR seen through the eyes of a RURAL COMMUNITY in Blackburn with Darwen.
The ‘Edgworth Pals’ was set up as a Project group nearly four years ago to record the involvement of nearly 300 men from the area in WW1.
Many events have been held to highlight how it affected the area. They have been supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and now as it comes to a close we wanted to share it with the wider community.
