Macramé is a form of textile produced using knotting techniques, and Macramé hanging baskets are the perfect addition to any interior. The workshop is led by Samantha of Macramé’d in Manchester, who will give you the skills and know-how to create your own Macramé hanging basket out of 100% cotton rope. You will learn a variety of knots and techniques and be provided with all the materials needed to make your own unique seventies-style Macramé hanging basket.
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners and you’ll take away with you a unique plant hanger and the skills to go home and experiment with other Macramé pieces such as wall hangings.
