‘Get Crafty’ – Free Easter Holiday Arts and Crafts Sessions
Wed 5th, Thu 6th and Sat 8th April (12 – 4pm)
Easter themed activities
These free craft sessions are drop-in and are unsupervised by Museum staff. They are aimed at children from toddler age to 12 years. All children must be supervised by an adult.
Please note we are closed on Good Friday 7th April
BOLLYWOOD WEEK! – Exciting family activities planned to coincide with Week 2 of the Easter Holidays which are inspired by our Bollywood Poster Collection.

Henna Painting (12 – 4pm) Drop-In
We welcome local artist Samina who holds the Guinness World Record for World’s Fastest Henna Artist…wow!
Thursday 13th April
Bollywood Eggstravaganza
Experience Bollywood Dance with Sohan Kailey (Award Winning Performing Artist).
Family fun Bollywood workshops for everyone.
Journey on the magical carpet to Incredible India and learn fun, dynamic Bollywood dance moves accompanied by vibrant, upbeat music.
Dance like a Bollywood Star, bring your glitz & glamour, dance using colourful scarves. Move your feet to the Bollywood Beat.
Sing and sang along! You’ll be wanting more!
Suitable for all ages and family groups welcome!
This is a free activity with sessions running at: 12:30pm – 1:10pm, 1:30pm – 2:10pm, and 2:30pm – 15:10pm

Plus throughout the whole week we will have Bollywood themed Arts and Craft Activities, and have on display a selection of our Bollywood Poster collection!
We have a selection of crafts to choose from for both weeks. (These sessions will run on Wed to Sat 12 – 4 p.m only)
The crafts will take about 20-30 minutes and the children can take home whatever craft they make.
