Friends of Blackburn Museum Monthly Talk
A talk by Jeff Cooper on ‘The cave of the Golden Calf’ tells the story of the notorious cabaret and night-club operating from a Mayfair basement just before WWI – a place where socialites, artists, libertines and bohemians mingled freely and whose decor was created by avant-garde artists of the day.
