ART OPEN 2024
Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery is excited to be holding its second ART OPEN!
We are pleased to announce we will be kicking off our 2024 exhibition programme with our second ever Art Open! In January we put out an open call to all artists, amateur and professional, to get ready to submit their work for what promises to be an exciting and diverse art show.
We are thrilled to have artist and last year’s OPEN winner Richard Cross on this year’s judging panel, as well as the team at Festival of Making, and our own Anthea Purkis! (Winners in the Image Gallery below).
The Art Open exhibition will run until 13th April 2024, and will be open 12-4.45pm Wednesday -Saturday. The Friends are supporting this event and members have been helping with the administration of entries.
