SUMMER at Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery

Looking for something fun to do with the kids this summer? Look no further!

We have a range of FREE activities every week of the summer holidays to get involved in, including:

  • WEEK 1 – Wed 26th– Thu 27th July (12-3pm)

Screen-printing Tote Bags and Posters – restricted to 1 tote bag per person. Limited availability

  • WEEK 2 – Wed 2nd– Thu 3rd August (12-3pm)

Making Collage Bugs with artist Kim Stuttard

  • WEEK 3 – Wed 9th and Fri 11th August (12-3pm)

9th make greeting cards inspired by the collection with Ian Halawi

11th lino printing with Julia Swarbrick

  • WEEK 4 – Wed 16th– Thu 17th August

Air Dry Clay workshop with Kim Stuttard

  • WEEK 5 – Wed 23rd– Thu 24th August

23rd make greeting cards inspired by the collection with Ian Halawi

24th block printing with Julia Swarbrick

  • WEEK 6 – Wed 30th– Thu 31st August

Impasto painting workshop
